Draw districts

  • Each district should have the same population (same number of dots)

  • Districts should be contiguous (every dot is next to another dot in the same district)

  1. Draw three districts so that yellow wins

2. Draw four districts so that yellow wins

3. Draw five districts so that yellow wins

4. Draw three districts so that yellow wins

5a. Draw five districts that set up the best outcome for yellow

b. Now do the same for green
