For each set of districts:

  1. Fill in the table and calculate the efficiency gap. Remember, the efficiency gap is:

|(one party's wasted votes) - (another party's wasted votes)| / total number of votes

  1. Determine whether the districts are gerrymandered. Remember, an efficiency gap greater than 7% is considered gerrymandering.
