2025-26 Evidence & Reflection

This year, our MTAC met after school for meetings quarterly.  We had a working group that met during club time (about twice a month).  Our working group was relatively small with 7 regular attendees.  Some students from the working group and additional students attended the actual meetings after school.  This was a new format that we tried this year.  Some of the positives are that students who are not able to stay after school to attend the meetings were able to participate in MTAC this year during the school day, and we have approximately two hours a month to work on resources, promotions, guides, etc. The drawbacks are that we do not have teachers, administration, or parents participating regularly, and there are many excellent clubs for students to choose from and with MTAC being a year long commitment, many students do not want to use all their club opportunities for just MTAC, leaving us with a small, but dedicated group.
