WELCOME TO
WAKE FOREST MIDDLE SCHOOL
STUDENT SERVICES
Wake Forest Middle School Student Services works collaboratively with students, their families, staff, and the community to promote student growth in the areas of academic, career and personal/social development.
These flyers share resources for assistance during this holiday time. The sheet below highlights resources for mental health help.
The sheet below is an opportunity for those families who qualify to purchase holiday gifts at a low cost.
Any family with children on Medicaid is welcome to attend the event. They simply need to bring:
A valid ID
The children’s Medicaid cards
Documentation linking them as the parent or guardian of the children (birth certificate, guardianship letter, letter from school stating they are listed as guardians on file, bank statement with kid/parent names, even logging in to powerschool in front of us and seeing the kids names would be enough, insurance mailing about kid to parent)
No pre-registration is required—families can just show up with the items listed above. The event will feature wonderful items for the families at a significant discount (85% off), and we are committed to helping local school families access this opportunity.
