2. Cardio & Review: Quadrant Exercise with basic locomotor movements using emotions ( sad, happy, angry, apathetic, excited, depressed, exhausted, joyful, mopey, thrilled, bored, determined, tired, lackadaisical, irritated, defeated, elated, powerful )
3. Activity: In 2 groups, students watch each other do the same activity they just did but the audience shouts out effort elements they see for each emotion: Direct/Indirect, Bound/Free, Sudden/Sustained, Strong/Light.
4. Activity: Using the original Thriller phrase(s), each group draws a pair of emotions out of the hat and performs their phrase 1x showing 1 emotion, and a 2nd time showing another emotion. Audience members guess which emotions the performers are demonstrating and back up their reasoning using effort vocabulary.
