SMART Lunch is a structured instructional period split into two blocks:
One block for lunch
One block for academic and extracurricular engagement
Students may use this time for:
Coursework completion
Tutoring or teacher support
Club meetings
Career Conversations
Tutorial Expectations
Each subject offers two tutorials weekly:
One Open Session (B Half) for any student needing help
One Priority Day (A Half) where selected students are required to attend
Priority Day attendance is mandatory if assigned. Students will be counted absent if they are assigned and do not attend.
Tutorials start at 10:26 AM (A half) and 10:51 AM (B half). Late students must wait for the next session.
Lunch Procedures
Only juniors and seniors with valid off-campus permits may leave campus for lunch.
Students may not walk off campus during lunch.
Violations may result in loss of off-campus privileges, parking pass, or disciplinary action.
Food deliveries are not allowed.
Note: If a student becomes ill off-campus during lunch, a parent must contact the Attendance Office.
Cafeteria Info
Breakfast: $2.50
Lunch: $4.25
Students may bring lunch from home or purchase from the cafeteria.
Students eligible for free/reduced lunch must reapply each school year.
