I am passionate about collaborating and using technology to enhance teaching and learning! My various career experiences include classroom teaching (3rd, 4th and 6th grade math and science), educational software training and sales, and technology support at the school and district level for the School Board of Palm Beach County, FL and Wake County Public School System. I learn something new every day from the many talented educators and amazing students I interact with and support! @edtechfriends and @kdelia

I am a 4th year teacher and new to NC this year. My previous teaching experience was in California. It has been exciting to come from one way of doing things and learn new ways of doing things. I'm enjoying blending the two styles of teaching together.

I am a big believer in technology in the classroom. This generation of students is growing up in a world consumed by technology. While that has a plethora of benefits, it's also essential to teach students the responsibility of living in a digital world. Technology not only raises student engagement and gets students ready for a technology dependent world- but, let's be honest- it means we don't have to spend hours making copies and tracking down lost student assignments. :)
