11/29 - 12/2, 2:30-3:30 after school
Be a part of Cary High School History as a student volunteer crewmember painting Cary High's first ever campus mural! This first-of-it's-kind mural is funded by the Cary High PTSA and coordinated by the new CHS Beautification PTSA Committee.
As a mural crewmember, you will help assist Sean Kernick, a professional mural artist, in painting sections of an amazing, permanent work of art covering the entire wall of the first floor lobby in the 2000 Building. Sean's work is well known in the area including the awesome Downtown Cary Train Mural on Chatham St near Academy St. Sean will have all the supplies needed and will coach crewmembers on the painting that needs to be done. Please meet in the 2000 building lobby right afterschool and wear clothes that may get paint on them.
Come ready to help bring an IMPressive design to reality which will represent many aspects of Cary High School and will be a lasting legacy! No art experience necessary.
If you would like to be part of the mural crew, please sign up for only ONE time slot below. We want to be sure to include as many crewmembers as possible with this exciting project.
