“I enjoy getting to know each person and learning what is important to them. This helps me to partner with the patient to make an individualized treatment plan. I educate patients on the importance and purpose of treatment options including lifestyle measures, medications and potential testing. Through careful listening and partnership, I strive to help each person reach their optimum health and improve their overall well-being.”
“I am excited to be a part of the team providing care to the employees and families of the West Bend School District. My background is in primary care and my approach to patient care is one of partnership. I enjoy getting to know the whole patient, their family values and beliefs, and then together we can develop a plan to best achieve their health care goals.”
Enter through the main entrance on the north side of the building
Go to one of the five front desk stations and check in as a visitor to the WBSD clinic. Checking in at this front desk notifies the clinic staff that a patient is arriving.
Once checked in, you will be directed to the elevator directly next to the lobby which you will take to the 2nd floor, where our clinic is located
Turn right when exiting the elevator and you will immediately see the waiting area for the clinic. There is a desk staffed by a Froedtert employee located next to the waiting area. That individual is available to help if you have any questions while waiting.
The Medical Assistant will come to get you from the waiting area and take you to the exam room
PHOTO ID: A Photo ID is required to check in at the clinic. The staff member at the check-in desk in the main lobby will check your ID when you come for your visit. This is standard Froedtert protocol and found at all large healthcare facilities.
