How often can I get contacts and glasses?

• Exam - every 12 months

• Contacts - every 12 months

• Lenses - every 12 months

• Frames - every 24 months

Please Note: 

• You cannot get glasses and contact lenses in the same year.

• All services are based on the date of service for coverage. Meaning if you have an exam on April 1, you cannot get another exam until April 1 or after the next calendar year.

Premiums are 100% employee paid

Single - $7.78

*Limited Family - $15.57

Family- $20.65

*Limited Family is Employee + Spouse OR Employee + Child(ren)

Did you know?

Vision expenses are all eligible expenses for Health Care Flexible Spending. Consider enrolling in a FSA to help reduce expenses.  Also, don't forget to add your infants to your coverage, since at some point (maybe not now) they will need their vision checked.
