Report by James Leffing to [REDACTED],
CAPTAIN JAMES LEFFING:
"After our capture of Arnold Lenn, we boarded the Airship and set course for Command to turn him in for punishment. On our way to Command we discovered that Arnold Lenn was missing. We put the entire ship on lock down but there was no trace of him. Things remained somewhat normal until our searches showed us that two pistols were missing along with a couple other small objects.
We then experienced an extreme fuel loss that forced us to put the Airship down. Once on the ground we had our gas leak alarms go off and I, being Captain, personally escorted my crew off the ship and contacted the head of the port we were at. After further review I realize I have made a mistake. In fact, there was no gas leak at all. As command has reported, communications were sabotaged and we lost contact as the supposed leak happened. Just before a crew arrived to investigate our "leak" the ship took off. Arnold Lenn never left the ship. We took a census after we evacuated. We were missing one of our own, a certain Michael Steele and Lenn of course with the rest of the prisoners.
Listen sir, I want to speak on the behalf of my crew when I say that I take full responsibility for this incident. I promise you that I will do all that I can to find Lenn and retrieve the Airship from his grasp. I also want to inform you that something like this will never happen again and that I meant only the good of my team."
[REDACTED]:
"Oh don't worry, I will make sure this will never happen again."
