Learning Commons Study Hall Sign Up

Welcome to the Learning Commons!

• • To arrive in the library…

    1. Students must not be failing more than one class to access the space during study halls or flex

    2. Sign up utilizing the Learning Commons Sign Up forms on the student portal

       • Do not request appointment passes through Securly

    3. Mrs. Stump will send you a Securly Pass for your designated period 

    4. Arrive at the center lobby space to check in with staff before settling in to do work

  • To leave the library…

    1. Create a pass in Securly leaving from the Learning Commons, not Mrs. Stump

       • This allows all library staff members to see your pass, not just Mrs. Stump

       • The closest bathrooms are the Yellow Wall or LGI Bathroom

    2. Checkout with a library staff member before leaving the space

    3. Check back in with a library staff member when you return to the space
