Please note teacher requests for next year are not accepted. We thank you for completing the survey to provide us with important information to pass on to next year's teacher. All teachers at Lititz Elementary are excited to get to know each child individually and have a great school year.

Excuse Notes
Did you know you can email absent notes directly to the Attendance Secretary? Write an excuse note with your signature and take a picture of it to attach to your e-mail sending to: cbrumer@warwicksd.org

Nurse's Corner
Please remember to submit signed dental forms for Kindergarten and 3rd graders by the end of the school year!
Please remember to submit signed physical exam forms for Kindergarten and 6th graders by the end of the school year!
Please have 6th grade immunizations updated prior to the first day of 7th grade. These include the Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap), as well as Meningococcal vaccines.
