Excuse Notes
Did you know you can email absent notes directly to the Attendance Secretary? Write an excuse note with your signature and take a picture of it to attach to your e-mail sending to: cbrumer@warwicksd.org

End of year Med Pickup and Med Guidelines for 23/24 SY
If your child has medications in the health room, please plan to pick them up at the end of the school year. Call Mrs. Sell to arrange a time, preferably on June 1st 2:40-3:20 or June 2nd 10:45-11:30 For safety reasons, meds will not be sent home with your child and any unclaimed medications will be discarded.
A kind reminder that new physician orders are required for each new school year. Medications orders from the 22/23 school year will not be carried over to the 23/24 school year. Physician orders (with a parent signature) are required for any medications to be given by the school nurse. Access the Lititz El website for any of the required district health forms, or call Mrs. Sell with any questions.
