Our Family Resource Center offers help for student and family home needs. Please visit the FRC Site here. (This will be added at a later date.)
Any family needing assistance should contact our guidance counselor.
The school will always provide any supplies needed for a family that may not purchase their own.
Any fees needed for field trips or other school related programs may be waived for any family in need.
All matters will be kept confidential.
The purpose of the Guidance and Counseling Program at JRES is to reduce emotional or behavioral barriers to learning through a solution focused approach.
This purpose is achieved in part through individual and small group counseling, whole group guidance classes, school climate activities, parent conferences, observations, and individual behavior modification plans.
The school counselor can help families by working with parents to improve their children’s experience at school.
The counselor is willing to work with families to decide what course of action to take and will also offer a list of options for outside agencies.
The purpose of the Helping Hearts district website is to provide comprehensive emotional and mental health information/resources to assist with removing barriers to learning.

Warren County Public Schools is taking a proactive approach to the societal issue of bullying and threats.
Bullying refers to any intentional act by a student or groups of students directed against another student to ridicule, humiliate, or intimidate the other student while on school grounds, or at a school sponsored activity, which acts are repeated against the same student over time. (WCPS 09.422)
A “threat” shall refer to a communication made by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic and/or online methods. (WCPS 09.425)
Please use this form to report bullying or a threat that takes place during school hours/school property. The schools cannot investigate incidents that take place outside of school property/hours.
