Only 7 parent notes will be allowed per school year. All other notes need to be provided by a physician, dentist or therapist.
After 10 doctor's notes, the long form will be required.
Always provide a doctor, dentist, or therapist absentee note when returning from office visits. This will help ensure these absences are marked excused in the system. Absences will not be marked excused without these provider documents.

We require students who have a fever to be fever free for 24 hours, without medication prior to returning to school. We want to limit the spreading of viruses.
