Only 5 parent notes will be allowed per school year. All other notes need to be provided by a physician, dentist or therapist.
After 7 doctor's notes, the long form will be required.
Always provide a doctor, dentist, or therapist absentee note when returning from office visits. This will help ensure these absences are marked excused in the system. Absences will not be marked excused without these provider documents.
Students that arrive at school after 8:30 must be walked-in by an adult and signed in. This will count as a tardy so families should supply a parent note or a doctor's excuse.
Students that are signed-out in the office before 3:30 are also counted "tardy" and may be excused with a parent or doctor's note.
If a student is seen by the school nurse and the parents are called to come pick up their student due to illness, that absence is automatically excused.

We require students who have a fever to be fever free for 24 hours, without medication prior to returning to school. We want to limit the spreading of viruses.
