When lunches are swapped - you DO NOT need to be dismissed early as all of Year 10 will be on lunch 1 only and therefore DO NOT need to be at the queue early. You will join Year 8 on lunch and will not be able to play football on these days. It is important you check back to these notices regularly as this is where the information will be displayed. Monday 22nd May
Summer term break & lunch timings:
As Year 11 go on study leave this week, we adjust the timings of break and lunch to help you get ready for next year. This means that from next half term you will be on the following timings for break and lunch:
Break 3: 11.15 - 11.30
Lunch 3: 1.30 - 1.55
So from period 1, you will go straight to period 2, which means break now falls between periods 2 & 3, and after period 4, straight to lunch. Your area remains the same.
There may be some exceptions to this when there are some exams on, it is important you check the notices each week as we will use the notices to advise you of any instructions about breaks/lunches when there is a Year 10 exam.
Revision Strategies:
Please take some time to look through this booklet outlining effective revision strategies. Use this to reflect on the revision that you have been doing outside of school, and ask yourself if there is anything you could improve on?
