General expectations:

Students are not allowed in any area of the main building, and are permitted in Ferguson to and from the toilets only. Access to the toilets is via the middle doors and exit via the LRC end only.
Students are permitted to eat in the dining hall or outside only. Students must avoid eating in the corridors and toilets. NOTE: PLATES & CUTLERY CANNOT BE TAKEN OUT OF THE DINING HALL.
Students are to wait calmly and politely in the queue for Parkes. They should line up in two's. Students must ensure their id cards are available.
Students are not permitted to bring bags or coats into the servery area. These should be hung in the bag area or taken outside before queuing for Parkes.
Any incident will be dealt with in line with our character for learning policy and logged accordingly via Go 4 schools. Remember, your character for learning at break and lunch contributes to your overall character for learning grade each half term.
To demonstrate respect for others, you must ensure your table is cleared, place all plates etc in the areas provided and ensure any rubbish is placed in bins. If you are found to be repeatedly leaving your area without clearing the table you may be unable to access the space to eat your lunch.

Toilets:

The Zone B toilets are located in Ferguson. Entry is via the middle door (by the Asia pastoral office) and the exit is via the LRC end of the building. Students must not be accessing the toilets in the main building during break and lunch periods. Please note you will be logged as 'out of bounds' if found outside of your designated area. Students are not permitted to gather/wait in this area. Students must use the toilets within the break/lunch period. Once students have been dismissed from break/lunch you will not be permitted to access the toilets- do not wait until you are dismissed to use the toilets!

Student activities:

Students can use the courts at break and lunch for basketball only and the field area for football. Only students who are participating are allowed to be in the this area. All other students must remain on the other end of the field or within the Zone B boundary. Please note the court area is for ball games only and is not an area students are allowed to gather. Please ensure this area is clear for those participating in ball games only. Students should be on the other side of the walkway in front of Ferguson (NOT the main bldg/digital services), helping to keep the courts clear for those participating only. This also applies to the canopy area.

Boundaries, entries and exits:

Students are encouraged to be outside in the fresh air for break and lunch periods. At break time, once you have purchased any food/drinks you must move outside to the covered areas/courts, or the fields. In the event of colder/inclement weather you will be allowed to remain inside.
Students are not allowed to enter any other parts of the main building or Ferguson, until you are dismissed.
Students are not be permitted to access community bases unless it is extremely urgent. A reminder that you should be emailing your community team rather than going to the office in the first instance.
Students can access the fields via either end of the Ferguson building.
The boundary for students on the fields is before the dip towards the 3G pitch and where the grass is cut. Students are not permitted on the top pitch. Only students who are participating are allowed to be in the football area. All other students must remain in the main field area in front of the line of trees.
Students found in out of bounds areas should be logged as 'out of bounds' via go 4 schools.

Wet weather arrangements:

Students are encouraged to use the covered areas during wet weather.
Students can use the south playground for basketball games only as long as it is safe to do so. This area is for participation only and again is not a place where students are permitted to gather.
