Dear Parents and Carers,
I hope this communication finds you well.
As part of the preparations for the 2026 ski trip, I kindly request you to complete this form on behalf of your child. The information required is essential for both the school and ski trip operator to ensure all travel, equipment and accommodation arrangements are safe and appropriate for your child. Please complete the form by Monday 20th October.
I would also like to invite you to a pre-trip meeting on Monday 8th December from 6-7pm, in the school’s Assembly Hall. The meeting will be an opportunity for students and parents/carers to hear more about the specifics of the trip, such as travel arrangements, location of the resort and the apres ski activities we will be enjoying throughout the week. I have also arranged for Pipedreams, a ski shop and hire company based in Uckfield to be in attendance. They provide high quality ski clothing brands at reasonable prices, as well as hire options too.
If you have any queries regarding the form or pre-trip meeting, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly via email: hbrooker@wardenpark.co.uk
Please note, that if you have not done so already, please check that your child’s passport will still be in date at the time of travel and that they do not require any VISAs for entry. VISAs are the responsibility of the parent to obtain.
Yours sincerely,
Harriet Brooker
