WHAT ARE THE THREE R's?
The Three R's provide focus and support to our students, families, and educators during COVID-19 and after. They provide a common vision and help guide us to intentionally address the connections lost during sheltering in place and distance learning during this pandemic. VUSD educators, mental health workers, parents, and students have developed a list of resources and strategies to continue the much needed relationships, routines, and resilience needed to support the WHOLE CHILD, to grow, learn, and thrive emotionally and academically during this time. (Cantor & Felsen, Turnaround.org) Click on the buttons on the right to find the resources and strategies you need to promote The Three Rs at home, in the classroom, or through the adult community.
