The Equity Council aims to improve equitable and fair practices in the areas of educational opportunities, discipline, and employment. The Equity Council endeavors to identify and remove barriers and potential barriers to academic programs, student support services, parent involvement, and employment opportunities. The Equity Council consist of members from our district leadership teams, site administrators, teachers, staff members, students, families and community members. These forums provide a setting where all stakeholders can have a voice in improving and understanding the districts efforts to help cultivate inclusive, positive, and safe culture and climate for ALL students. The council includes the Equity Forum, Joint Inclusivity Task Force, Community Advisory Committee, Staff Inclusivity Task Force, Student Inclusivity Task Force, and the district Equity Team.
