If you exceed the 12 credit (four regular classes) limit when we go to process your capstone request, you will need to submit a new request and re-enter from the end of the queue.
Students must have a Plan Of Study in Hokie SPA with an approval status of either:
Before requesting a priority seat via the form:
If you DO NOT have a POS in HokieSPA or do not have either of these statuses, please DO NOT fill out the Priority Request form until you have one under "Graduate School Review" or "Final Approval" status.
If you have submitted a POS in the past with an old previous estimated graduation term and have not AT LEAST submitted a POS change form to update your POS to reflect your future semester courses, DO NOT fill out the Priority Request form until you have done so.
It is your responsibility to check the status of your Plan of Study in HokieSPA.
If your Plan of Study in HokieSPA was returned to original entry, please reach out to your Graduate Academic Advisor so they can review it for corrections
