Interview Expectations:
Show up on time for your interview.
Prepare as you would for any job interview and treat it as such
Interviews occur via zoom and-in person
Videos should be turned ON unless connection prevents it. If you know this will be a problem, then it may be good to schedule an in-person interview.
Find a quiet space to do your zoom interview, free of other people and distractions as much as possible.
We are not trying to trick you! This is great practice for you and an opportunity for us to get to know you better! Relax, take a deep breath, and don't forget to smile and let your personality shine through!
It is the teens responsibility to keep up with their day and time for interview--we do not send individual reminders so make your own!
If you cannot make one of the days or times offered, teens are responsible for scheduling an alternate date. DO NOT DELAY as options for scheduling are limited.
