Interview Expectations:

• Show up on time for your interview.

• Prepare as you would for any job interview and treat it as such

• Interviews occur via zoom and-in person

• Videos should be turned ON unless connection prevents it. If you know this will be a problem, then it may be good to schedule an in-person interview.

• Find a quiet space to do your zoom interview, free of other people and distractions as much as possible.

• We are not trying to trick you! This is great practice for you and an opportunity for us to get to know you better! Relax, take a deep breath, and don't forget to smile and let your personality shine through!

• It is the teens responsibility to keep up with their day and time for interview--we do not send individual reminders so make your own! 

• If you cannot make one of the days or times offered, teens are responsible for scheduling an alternate date. DO NOT DELAY as options for scheduling are limited.
