In this map, I learned some facts about the land scale and the people have different cultures that live in different places, because of the land scape. Also with this map, we learned how the culture can be mixed up and people have different ideas or ways to look at things. And this is the time that people need to respect the people though they have different cultures.
This map looks a lot like the last one, but we changed some of the things in there. Right now, because of the resources, we show that what place has what kind of thingse, and how the resources are shipped or loaded to another place. Like timber and minerals, are mostly using trucks to load to the secondary resource. After manufacturing it, then all of the things would be loaded and spread through our whole continent.
"What is periphery and how it affects your policy?" - Zoe Lin
In this project, I found out that team work is more important than skill. Because when people cooperate together, they can do things more efficient. Also I learned the different types of maps when we need to draw it by ourselves. Further than that, we also use different colors to make people know the different land scapes between them. We could explain some points more clear before we guide people into this project.
A feed back from a class mates said it is too messy. I learned how to teach other people how to do good research and compare impacts. Which is very helpful for critical thinking Debate helps me write my essay by knowing what impact is bigger and making it more strong
In this project, I learned that a colonizer can affect a country longer than they have colonized, for instance because the America has too much technology, but Phillppines isn't that advanced. So it had been a hard time for the Philippines to catch up to its technology and manufacturing those minerals. It can also help me understand the history of the country, and how it became like this. From the past to how it adapt to right now which is a pretty strong economy. One of the feedback that we got is that the fun was pretty fun and beneficial for learning, Also, it helps me make the game that we need to make in our PBL class, which both is a board game. Furthermore, we also writed some essays which is different from persuasive ones, we are describing a historical concept as clearly as we can. Also, it lets us find sources that are credible which is more pursuasive when we are writing while it is unbiased.
