The challenges that I've encountered while conducting my teaching practice are either to be able to make the students feel confident in themself to give opinion or answer to questions given or to manage the class so that the students could maintain their mindfulness and attention to the lesson. and even it still need some practice and revising, i could counted it as a process and i believe it still matter, even could be better with consistencies.

I learned some way to tackle the challenges that occur while doing my teaching demonstration, like for example when i need to engage the students confident by giving them encouragement and giving them a little push so that they would give a word or two. 

And others such as maintaining their attention in the middle of the lesson, if the students focus began to scattered to their own things, i tried too give them a unison movement by giving sudden instruction to see if all of the student still hear the instruction clear or not. by this, i can see the students that still had their mind on the lesson and ones that already not.
