History of ZAHS & Its Founder
The above image: Excerpted from the News Record of April 26, 2007: "The ZAHS sign, created by Mike Meyer of Mazeppa, newly installed on the museum building. It is both painted and carved, featuring reflective metallic gold and silver lettering. This initial Z is almost unique among Minnesota cities, sharing it only with Zumbro Falls. The Old English type style of Z was also used for many years by the Zumbrota News."

Donations
Monetary Donations are always welcome. Also please remember us when you wish to honor a loved one with a memorial----or arrange a bequest in your Will or Trust. Such funds will support our mission and goals.
Also, don't discard those "old" Artifacts, Photos, or Documents! Please let us evaluate them for historical importance related to the Zumbrota area. If it's interesting, if we don't already have one like it, and if it fits, WE WILL APPRECIATE HAVING IT!
PS: We don't collect any agricultural tools and/or equipment, but if you have some you would like to donate, you might want to inquire at the Goodhue Area Historical Society and/or the Goodhue County Historical Society.
