Holding a credential – especially an ICF Credential – is extremely important for many prospective coaching clients and organizations employing coaches. The 2022 Global Consumer Awareness Study found that 85% of coaching clients say it’s important or very important that their coach holds a certification or credential. Earning an ICF Credential provides you with instant credibility and increased visibility to prospective clients and organizations. For more information on the ICF and its three levels of credentialing, visit the ICF site.
In general, each level of ICF credential involves:
Coaching Education (i.e. training)
Mentor Coaching (with a qualified ICF mentor coaching)
An Assessment (i.e. submitting a recording of an actual coaching session)
Client Hours (verifying your coaching log of time spent with paid or pro bono clients)
A Multiple-Choice Exam (which you take after you submit your ICF application)
Note: The Coaching Education and Client Hours significantly increase for each level of credential; however, all the hours are cumulative, building upon the hours from prior credentials.
We offer Mentor Coaching for ICF ACC, PCC, and MCC credentialing (or ACC renewal), forming groups as training cohorts finish or as there is interest for a new group. Our package provides 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching with a qualified PCC or MCC mentor coach.
The next session (geared toward those pursuing their ACC or ACC renewal) is:
Group sessions: April 24, May 8 & 22 8-10:20am PDT
Optional 1:1 mentor coaching with qualified PCC coach: Determined with selected coach

Or, use this link to express interest in a future mentor coaching cohort. Alternatively, if you have a few friends or colleagues that are interested in a mentor coaching experience, let us know and we can help design a customized cohort to provide the training, support, and CCEs you need at an affordable price.
We also have a team of experienced mentor coaches that offers individual mentor coaching for the hours you need - a session or two to strengthen your coaching or go through a recording with you, or the full 10 hours required for ICF certification or renewal.
Those of you that completed your 60-hour training through Zovak Consulting now have the option to upgrade that certificate and complete your credential through Zovak Consulting. What that means is that you can add the mentor coaching (through an approved mentor coach) and assessment (done by Kim).
The cost to add 10 hours of mentor coaching + ACC assessment, and receive the upgraded certificate, will be $1450. You will still need to apply to the ICF and take the CKA multiple-choice assessment, but the process is much smoother and quicker, and you'll save $200-$375 off the application fee!
If you have already done your mentor coaching with Christine or Todd, you'll only need to do your assessment (turn a recording in) and pay $250 to cover your assessment and upgrade certificate.
If you prefer to find your own mentor coaching, you can still use the training you did and go through the ICF ACSTH or portfolio pathway to apply for your credential. Nothing has changed.
Use this link to express interest in an upgrade and we'll get back to you with upcoming options.
