Mentor Coaching

We offer Mentor Coaching for ICF ACC, PCC, and MCC credentialing (or ACC renewal), forming groups as training cohorts finish or as there is interest for a new group. Our package provides 7 hours of group mentor coaching and 3 hours of 1:1 mentor coaching with a qualified PCC or MCC mentor coach.

Alternatively, if you have a few friends or colleagues that are interested in a mentor coaching experience, let us know and we can help design a customized cohort to provide the training, support, and CCEs you need at an affordable price.

We also have a team of experienced mentor coaches that offers individual mentor coaching for the hours you need - a session or two to strengthen your coaching or go through a recording with you, or the full 10 hours required for ICF certification or renewal. 

Format for Group Cohorts

Group Sessions 

Each session will focus on: 

1. Engaging with an advanced coaching skill or ICF competency to reinforce higher-level coaching 

2. Interactive coaching practice or group learning experience, with feedback and debriefing to capture learning.

3. Celebrating progress and identifying particular skills to experiment with. 

1:1 Mentor Coaching

Your mentor coach will provide 2 x 90 min mentor coaching sessions to help you better embrace and experiment with the ICF Core Competencies, and provide feedback to support experimentation with higher-level coaching skills. 

Asynchronous Input 

Your mentor coach will provide relevant articles, videos and coaching recordings to support the interests and needs of the group to enhance learning and provide new ideas to experiment with. 

Fees

• Mentor Coaching Package (7 group hours + 3 x 1:1 hours + assessment feedback and exam prep links): $1250

• Group hours only (7 group hours and exam prep links): $800

• Assessment/upgrade (for those who did initial training hours with me, added to this invoice without a separate invoice): $250

*All fees are listed in US $ and without credit card or bank fees - 3% for credit card and US $20 to receive ACH). No additional fee for Wise, Zelle or check . If you need payment options which includes those, that amount will be added to your invoice.

Note: This group needs a minimum of 5 participants to operate. To fit the ICF requirements, this group will be capped at 10 people. Also, the sessions are virtual, using the Zoom platform. Participants are expected to participate with camera and sound on so please ensure you are able to be in an appropriate place during the session.
