These policies are listed to clarify business practices and shared expectations between Zovak Coaching and clients.
Withdrawals and Refunds
Full registration fees are refundable up until 24 hours after the Welcome/Intro Event.
Between the Intro Session and the first full day session, a full refund (minus a $200 admin fee) is available upon request.
Following the start of the first full day module, no refunds will be given.
Refund requests must be submitted via email.
Transfers of Registration
Registrations can be transferred to other qualifying applicants prior to the start of the first full day session. No transfers will be allowed after the full day session #1 has begun. Transfer applicants must make arrangements with the facilitator to make up for the Intro Session if they did not attend it.
We don't collect or store any data on your through your exploration on this website. We will only store your name and contact information if you register your interest or send an email. Your contact info will only be used to connect with you in alignment with yoru expressed interst(s) and not sold or shared.
Zovak Coaching reserves the right to cancel a program for any reason which Zovak Coaching deems may compromise the standards of excellence of the program delivery. A participant is entitled to either reschedule the program without paying an additional registration fee or receive a full refund.
When you register for a course you will be given a document articulating our other policies (e.g. attendance, transfer of credit, DEIJ). If you'd like a copy before then, please email info@zovakconsulting.org and we'll be happy to send it to you.
