Kim is an experienced coach, trainer, and leadership consultant with non-profit leaders and organizations, as well as an ordained pastor. Her passion is helping leaders multiply their impact by reproducing more effective leaders and supporting organizations to build a coaching (i.e. people development) culture. She holds the International Coaching Federation's highest Master Certified Coach credential with 3000+ client hours and serves as a credentialing assessor with the ICF. Kim holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University as well as an MDiv and DMin from Fuller Theological Seminary.
