Advanced Coaching Experiences

Do you want to take your coaching to the next level? Zovak Coaching hosts a variety of interactive learning cohorts to provide experienced coaches, like you, opportunities to continue to develop your coaching posture, mindset, and skills. All our programs are facilitated by PCC and MCC coach-trainers.

We Offer

• ICF Level 2 training cohorts (can be used for an ICF PCC credential)

• ICF Level 3 coaching education and mentor coaching (can be used for an ICF MCC credential) 

• Mentor Coaching for ICF PCC and MCC credentialing (or ACC renewal) 

• Coaching Supervision (1:1 or group session with CSA Trained MCC coach - Kim Zovak)

• "Master Mind"-like Cohorts to focus on your coaching skills AND practice/implementation

• Training in Group and Team Coaching

These virtual cohorts are formed and launched as people, like you, express interest. Therefore, please use the "interested in future cohort" link to let us know you are interested in being on the mailing list regarding future opportunities, and/or the specific interest you have. Alternatively, if you have a few friends or colleagues that are interested in an advanced coaching experience, let us know and we can help design a customized cohort to provide the training, support, or ICF Level 2 or 3 education hours (if needed) hours you need at an affordable price.

• Wisdom from the Trenches – This group will consist of other experienced coaches like you. They will help you generate new ideas to try and cheer you on as you step out of your comfort zone.

• Support and Accountability – The regularity of the group is designed to provide you peer perspective, practical ideas, support, and accountability as you implement in your context between sessions.

• Guidance from an Experienced Guide – Kim is an MCC coach, CSA-trained supervisor and ICF assessor. She can help introduce you to high-level coaching and ways to better embody the ICF competencies.

• Professional Development and Growth of Your Coaching Practice – This course is designed to catalyze personal and professional development. Your co-participants will inspire you to courageously seek out new opportunities for growth, learn from your mistakes and take your coaching (and coaching practice) to the next level. 

• Easy, Cost-Effective ICF PCC Credential - upon completion of all the course requirements and a successful assessment, you will receive an ICF Level 2 Certificate which will enable to you apply for the ICF PCC credential (once you have 500 client hours) at the lowest price and with the least amount of hassle.
