Virtual Credit Card (VCC)
We send our providers their Explanation of Payment (EOPs) and a 16-digit MasterCard & Visa
These must be manually processed through their terminal.
Zelis does NOT charge a fee
VCCs are automatically canceled after up to 180 days based on payer of inactivity and reissued as a paper check card
Select has 3 different delivery types.
Print – VCC, and EOP mailed to the remit address.
Fax – VCC and EOP faxed to the fax number on file.
Download – VCC, and EOP electronically uploaded to our provider portal.

This way of payment delivery is where we send our VCC’s and EOPs via fax, to the verified fax number on file.
Once we receive the payment from the payer and create the VCC, the timeframe is generally 3-5 business days for them to receive it.

This way of payment delivery is where we send our VCC and the EOP in the mail to the address provided by the payer.
Once the cards and EOPs are sent to the address on file, it can take up to 7-14 business days for the provider to receive them.

This way of payment delivery is where we send our VCC’s directly to our online portal for download.

They will need to export via CSV for it to download in an Excel format.
Once we receive the payment file from the payer, the information becomes available to download from our portal within 24 hours.
