Rectangle Health is a new pilot program Zelis has started to get payments to providers much faster! About 400 providers in total are receiving this service right now. Their Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs) will no longer be physically mailed or faxed, they will be directly processed virtually through the merchant terminal system the provider uses. It's called "straight-through processing" (STP). The provider only has to validate the transaction (like they do at the end of every day) and the payment will clear!
There *should* be a flagged note on the account. It might not always be flagged at the top, so please check the Interaction notes for a message that says:
Flagged Interaction Note
Provider Is Part Of The Rectangle Health Straight-Through-Processing Pilot. Zelis is delivering virtual cards using provider's Rectangle Health Practice Management Bridge account.
If the Caller has questions on payment status: Standard payment statuses will still apply e.g. Out for Payment status = Card was delivered to Rectangle Health.
EOP resends are allowed. Do not re-send card details.
Provider can view all payments on their Practice Management Bridge “Transactions Search” screen.
To opt-out of Rectangle Health program, direct caller to send an email with Tax ID number to: DL-STP@zelis.com

Should the providers call in, we can assist with any payment questions and direct them to their Practice Management Bridge account if they need to view transactions.
