If a caller says they have received a letter from Aetna, or from ASSI, about a no-cost ACH account, this could require a provisioning request. First, have them read the letter to you. There are several versions of a similar letter. One version says they're already set up with Zelis but might want to call us to verify. Another version says they might need to change from Virtual Credit Cards or paper check accounts to an ACH account. Other versions are more of an invitation to enroll in our free ACH option. Please make sure you fully understand which letter they have received, and how to proceed.
