Guests will be billed for internal and external damages to the hot tub. The hot tub is inspected after a guest leaves .
Zen Mountain Retreat Hot Tub Policy and Rules
Stated in the rental agreement
Renter further states that Renter knows how to operate the appliances and shall do so in accordance with any manufacturer’s instructions. If the premises contains a pool or hot tub, Blue Maple and the owner make no representation as to the quality of the water and if Renter utilizes said pool or hot tub, Guests assume all risks associated with said usage Failure to follow the Hot tub rules will result in additional charges, asking you to leave the property, or both
Hot Tub Rules
Shower before using the hot tub to remove all lotions or oils
No soap or oils are allowed on the body or in the hot tub
Chlorine is used as a sanitizer. Do not use the hot tub if you are allergic.
No more than 4 people at a time
Unlock and remove cover carefully and fold sides together. Replace cover after use and lock
Do not use the hot tub cover as a table or a seat
Use the stairs to enter and exit the hot tub
Do not use the hot tub alone
Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature is more than 104˚F
Absolutely NO glass of any kind allowed in or around the hot tub
Anyone from 16 to 13 must be supervised by an adult. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tub at any time.
Elderly or pregnant women should not use the hot tub
People with heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes or other illness should not use the hot tub without physician approval.
People using alcohol or other drugs should not use the hot tub.
Wear a bathing suit. No sex or nudity allowed in the hot tub
Please do not urinate in the hot tub
Limit your time to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry
Please turn off the jets and put the hot tub cover back on after use.
The hot tub water is checked immediately after guests leave – in the event the water is ruined, and needs to be replaced there will be a charge to clean, refill, heat and sanitize the hot tub and water.
