In order to implement the SMART goals defined in other sections, an accured step-by-step Action & Control plan has to be designed for each of them. This plan defines specific actions that must be performed in order to achieve the SMART goal, including who is responsible of each action, which is the target date for each action, and which budget is allocated for it.

% Complete: an estimate value of the percentage of accomplishment of the task provided by the person responsible of the action.
Status: A traffic light type (green/yellow/red) three-values indicator given by the person who is monitoring the accomplishment of the task according to the % Complete and the current date vs. the target date for the task:
