Our great strategic management allows to offer low services prices with respect to the quality and technology level that is provided and this would be an additional distinctive capability of MID.
All of this information, brings us to define our competitive advantage which definitively is:
Once the resources and capabilities analysis is carried out, value chain analysis (figure 1) helps to change the business inputs into business outputs in a way that they have more value than before in order to identify strengths and weaknesses of new MID.
