Stakeholder study

The main stakeholders of the project are categorized by internal, connected and external in table 1 specifying for each of them what needs they have and how can they be satisfied while defining the power and interest for each one:

The figure 1 locates each stakeholder in the Mendelow's matrix so as to visualize more easily their respective level interest and power from 0 to 10 in our business:

As it can be seen, our biggest stakeholder are the shareholders, followed by the managers and the government. They want to have a profitable airport that increase the market share while providing a new connection door for Mexican people to expand their own business (not just tourism).
