US Bank Cancellation Policy

You are ultimately responsible for finding a replacement:

When you sign up for an event you are telling everyone you’re available to work regardless of where and when you are assigned.  This goes for "Extras" too. You are expected to be available up to the day of the event. 

Any cancellation two weeks prior to an event is subject to a fee. 

A no-show is cancelling the week of an event or leaving our group short staffed and not finding a replacement, regardless of the circumstances.

Follow the below guidelines

There may be extra volunteers signed up that can take your spot (any number greater than 16 volunteers is considered extra). Email, call, or text the extra volunteers first. 


If the extra volunteers have been assigned a Club location, they are no longer considered "Extra".


If there are no extra volunteers email the entire YDE US Bank group. Their contact information is located in the Google sign-up sheet.


You also need to:


If you are not able to find a replacement, which leaves our group short-staffed for an event, you will be assigned a no-show fee of $200.00. You will NOT be able to volunteer with our group until this fee is paid. If you have multiple late cancelations, you will not be able to partake in this volunteer opportunity anymore.


We understand there will be times when an emergency may come up or plans change.  Communication is key to helping YDE develop a good-standing relationship with Aramark Services.
