The Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), offered through the the US Department of Agriculture; Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA/NRCS), is a federally-funded conservation program.  It may provide both financial and technical assistance to help address natural resource concerns for agricultural producers and non-industrial forest managers.
