Early October: Midterm Educator Dispositions Assessment (EDA) due
Mentor teachers should download, complete, discuss with their intern, and email this evaluation by the first week of October to the following recipients:
Teacher Intern
Dr. Cramer, and
the University Supervisor (if that is not Dr. Cramer).
As your intern teaches lessons: KEEP Observation Form
Mentor teachers should complete the KEEP when their intern teaches lessons and during formal observations by the university supervisor.
Mentor teachers, please note: Your written and verbal constructive feedback is integral to your intern's success. If you and your intern would like to practice using the KEEP for observation purposes, please review the Practice Observation page on this site.
Early December: KEEP and Educator Dispositions Assessment (EDA) due
Mentor teachers should submit the KEEP and the EDA the first week of December via PASS, WSU's data management system. MTs will receive an email from PASS (and likely a follow-up email from Dr. Cramer) in late November with instructions for how to submit these licensure assessments. Please note: there is no need to provide written feedback (aside from the numerical score) on the evaluations submitted in PASS because the interns do not have access to them.
