Question: Since how long, you have been into this scientific field and in which cities you have been associated for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research, commercial and training programs?

Answer: In 2015, in Brazzaville, Congo.

Question: What are your future plans for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research and training programs in Phytochemistry?

Answer: Administration: Be head of the phytochemistry department in order to:

-Organize the lessons of phytochemistry by reconciling research skills and educational activities;

-Renovate the training courses put in place and innovate other training courses in relation to the labor market;

-Define the educational programs of the training courses intended to be used in several training sessions (semester), divided into teaching units, subjects and modules (courses), defined according to an hourly volume (courses, tutorials, practical work ).

Education and training : -Train executives and researchers by making use of the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge in phytochemistry, in order to be able to build strategies for extraction, separation (purification and isolation), analytical strategies for bioactive molecules and valuation extracts and molecules from natural substances.

Research and entrepreneurship:-Innovate efficient and quality ecological technologies, extraction, separation, analysis or identification of bioactive molecules with less harmful effects in nature, better respectful of the environment.

-Set up phytochemical production units necessary for the production of extracts and new bioactive compounds useful in biology, physics, chemistry, nutrition and for the development of aromas, perfumes, drugs, dyes, biomaterials, biofuels.

-Transform these bioactive molecules for market outlets into semi-finished and finished products intended for sale in cosmetics, perfumery, pharmacy, food, nutrition, textiles, plastics, paint, biology, physics, and chemistry.

Question: Please introduce yourself and How do you want to be remembered / known in world?

Answer: Chemist and technologist of bioactive plant extracts, who highlights aromatic, medicinal and food plants through eco-processes of extraction, techniques of separation, purification, isolation and analysis of bioactive molecules from great interests.

I want to be known and also for the world to remember me through my international publications relating to my research work on aromatic, medicinal and food plants and phytochemistry, namely the articles, the chapters of the books which have been sanctioned through awards or prizes, in particular the Doctrin de Science Honoris Causa prize in research on medicinal plants (biodiversity), titles of world champion in research on medicinal plants (biodiversity) and in phytochemistry; and also through communications at conferences, symposia and symposiums.

Answer: Chemical, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, perfume industries.

Infrastructure: distillers (clevenger type extractor, soxhlet); reactors (tanks, balloons, autoclaves); Mixers, fillers, seamers, fractionating towers, analysis equipment (chromatographs: Thin Layer Chromatograph, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph, Gas Chromatograph); mass spectrometers, infrared; Magnetic Resonance Spectroscope, spectrophotometer, electronic and optical microscopes); measuring equipment (diffractometer, refractometer); a hood; heat exchangers; Work platform, suction table, local technical walkway, stainless steel furniture with drawers, stainless steel locker rooms, stainless steel sinks, trolleys, tank bottom, baskets, filter support, container, conveyor, capsule filler, weighing, vibrating hopper, accessories... Question: What are your recommendations to improve the standards of journals publishing research articles on Phytochemistry?

Answer: Require (make necessary) the performance of impactful research that makes it possible to develop extraction methods and innovative, ecological, quality analysis technologies to produce, analyze and identify bioactive molecules of biological, physical and chemical interest for sustainable development.

Question: What are your recommendations to improve syllabus of Phytochemistry for more creativity, applications and opportunities?

Answer: Enhance plant resources by setting up phytochemical production units using eco-processes by producing and transforming bioactive molecules into semi-finished and finished products intended for sale for their beneficial effects on health and the environment to ensure sustainable development.

Question: What is Phytochemistry? What are the major branches in Phytochemistry?

Answer: Phytochemistry is the study of the metabolism, structure and function of compounds produced by plants as well as the methods of extraction, purification and analysis applied to these compounds.

The major branches of phytochemistry are: pharmacochemistry, analytical chemistry, engineering of eco-extraction processes, analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, aromatherapy, aromatology, phytotherapy.

Question: What are your recommendations to frame guidelines on funding of research projects on Phytochemistry?

Answer:-Putting in place adequate provisions or measures for huge investment by governments (governing bodies) in phytochemical research projects.
