Exclusive Interview with Prof. Dale Srinivas

Question: What inspired you to enter into Physiology?

Answer: Whole Medicine works  around Physiology,  All Subjects  and all medicines  for altering Physiological functions  Whether it is dysfunction to function , hyperfunction to hypofunction vice versa  that’s why Physiology is key for medicine

Question: Since how long, you have been into this scientific field and in which cities you have been associated for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research, commercial and training programs?

Answer: Since  1991, I have published around 65 papers in international journals  Presently I am Dean of the American School of Medicine I have been teaching physiology and  pathophysiology  for 10 years

Question: What are your future plans for administration, entrepreneurship, teaching, research  and training programs in Physiology?

Answer: I am making a research lab in India plans are research, Teaching and serving mankind, etc

Question: Please introduce yourself and How do you want to be remembered / known in world?

Answer: I am Dr Dale Srinivas one of the Super brains of the planet well educated in medicine  chemistry physics and other subjects. I would like to be remembered as the greatest  Scientist on the planet probably a Nobel laureate. I also would like to eradicate dreadful diseases  like Corona Hiv, TB , Leprosy  and cancers, etc

Question: What kind of businesses can be started in Physiology? What minimum infrastructure would it need?

Question: What are your recommendations to improve syllabus of Physiology for more creativity, applications and opportunities?

Answer: New Scientific innovations should be included in the syllabus lab facilities should be provided to everyone

Question: What is Physiology? What are the major branches in Physiology?

Answer: Physiology is the study of functions of the organs  they are several branches physiology, pathophysiology, neurophysiology plant viral fungal animal physiologies, etc

Question: What are your recommendations to frame guidelines on funding of research projects on Physiology?

Answer: Every country should provide funding options no need to waste too much time on funding it should be like a single window approach

Question: How can universities produce revolutionary PhD and Post Doc thesis and dissertations on Physiology? What are your recommendations to improve the academic standards?

Answer: some universities take too long  at least 5 to 6 years Ph.D. is 24 hrs job should not take more than 3 years because we need  more scientists  human being life span is less nowadays  Research be included starting from High school not after post-graduation

Question: How can students seek job and career opportunities in Physiology?

Answer: As Research Scientists Lecturers  Entrepreneurs etc

Answer  Research lab with  good infrastructure, financial funding creative scientists needed for  any world-class lab

Question: What are your recommendations to improve employment and scope in Physiology?

Answer: Physiology is master of all subjects  all manufacturing companies  all scientific industries are working to alter the physiological functions only

Question: What are your recommendations to authors, who are writing Books on Physiology for more creativity and understanding of the subject?

Answer: Books and articles should encourage creative science they have   quote research topics , current problems and future problems

Question: What according to you are the Top 5 major challenges (research problems) which need to be resolved urgently by world’s scientists in the area of Physiology?

Answer: 1 Research should provide equal opportunities

           2. Funding and lab facilities should be available

            3. Literature should be available to every one

           4. Research training should start at Early Age

           5. Scientists should be open minded  lecturers should teach about research in class rooms

Question: What are your recommendations to improve standards of Conferences in Physiology? How can they be brainstorming and more creative?

Answer: Conference standards are nowadays  okay  but there is room for development Shy researchers should be given opportunities we should not underestimate third world countries also

Question: Which major challenges do you see to establish India  as world leader in Physiology?
