Question: What inspired you to enter into Pharmacology?

Answer: INFACT SINCE CHILD HOOD I WOULD LIKE TO ERADICATE SOME DISEASES BEFORE I ENTER IN TO MEDICINE I HAD PhD AND 3 POST DOCS IN THE UNITED STATES IN CHEMISTRY AND BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH AT BIOCHEMISTRY AND PHARMACOLOGY DIVISION WHERE I GET OPPORTUNITY WORK ON APOPTOSIS AND STEM CELL RESEARCH . , I CAME TO USA /WESTERN WORLD TO WIN NOBEL PRIZE AS A PhD AND MD I WILL HAVE TWO OPTIONS 1.CHEMISTRY 2. PHYSIOLOGY .TO CHANGE FUNCTIONS THROUGH BIOCHEMICAL MEANS AGONISTIC AND ANTAGONISTIC PATHWAYS NEEDED THESE WILL COME FROM PHARMACOLOGY AND ALSO CHEMISTRY BASE FOR PHARMACOLOGY . ACTUALLY SCIENCE ONLY ONE IN THAT PHARMACOLOGY IS A BRANCH WHICH BRINGS PHYSIOLOGICAL CHANGES WHICH HELPS MANKIND TO COME OUT OF FROM DIFFERENT DISEASES LIKE COVID , HIV ,INF. Answer: STANDARDS ARE GOOD AT AMERICAN AND BRITISH JOURNALS ESPECIALLY ALL ACS JORUNALS JMC, JACS, JOC , NATURE CELL , SCIENCE ANGIE WANDECHEMIE , NATURE DRUG DISCOVERY , PHARMCOLOGICAL REVIEWS , TRENDS IN PHARMACOLGICAL SCIENCE ETC . MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE STANDARD DEVIATION METHODS GET THE DATA FROM EPIDEMIOOGY AND MAKING TABLES AND IGNORING OTHER INTEREACTIONS OF THE DRUGS.t1/2, XENOBIOTIC EFFECTS AND SIDE REACTIONS IMPACT OF THESE HAVE BEEN IGNORED IN RESEARCH PAPERS . ARTICLES SHOULD NOT BE TOO BIG SO THAT PEOPLE CAN READ EASILY .

WE NEED TO GET PROJECTS TO CONDUCT SIGNALTRANSDUCTION RESEARCH IN RELATION TO EVERY DISEASES WHICH EVENTUALLY HELPS BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH TOMAKE PHARMCOLOGICAL STUDIES MORE EASIER

Question: How can universities produce revolutionary PhD and Post Doc thesis and dissertations on Pharmacology? What are your recommendations to improve the academic standards?

Answer: FOR EVERY RESEARCH BASIC SCIENCE RESEARCH IS THE KEY FACTOR IF WE APPLY BASIC RESEARCH IN TO CLINICAL RESEARCH SO THAT WE CAN RESOLVE PHARMACO KINETICS AND PHARMCO DYNAMICS PROBLEMS EVENTUALLY IT LEADS TO SOCIETAL USAGE

Question: What are your views on SUZUKI COUPLING?

Answer: SUZUKI IS THE MILDER VERSION OF STILLE WHERE BORON REPLACING Sn, BUT OUR 2,3 DIHYDROXY BORONATES SUZUKI COUPLING THE IS UNIQUE YIELDS ARE LESS . FOR EXAMPLE 2, 3 DIHYDROXY BORONATES COMING FROM ALLYL BORONATE WITH SAD /ADMIX REACTIONS COUPLE TO VINYL/ARYL HALIDES IN SUZUKI CONDITION A METHYLENE /SP3 CARBON HAVING 2, 3 HYDROXY GROUPS COUPLIED TO VINYL GROUP . IN NO WAYWITH EXISTING CHEMISTRY WE CAN TRANSFER 2,3 HYDROXY BORONATES . IF ANY BODY ATTEMPTS OTHER METHOD EXCEPT OURS 2,3 HYDROXY BORONATES WILL UNDERGO INTRAMOLECULAR ELIMINATION WILL BECOME ALLYL ALCOHOLS HERE ALSO WE CHANGE CHEMISTRY COMPLETELY

FIRST TIME WE USED OXYGEN OF BORON TO FUNCTIONALISE NBS REACTIONS THAT MEANS AB , ABC SYSTEMS ONLY EXISTING SO FAR IN THE WORLD BUT BORONOLACTONISATION BECOMES ABD/ABE (ABX) STERIOCHEMISTRY ALSO CHANGING. SOFAR OXYGEN OF CARBON EXISTS IN IODOACTONISATION REACTIONS OXYGEN OF BORON WE USED .

PRESENTLY WE ARE CONCENTRATING ON AD MIX REACTIONS ON DIFFERENT REACTIONS ALLYL AND OTHER BORONATES ETC

Question: How can students seek job and career opportunities in New Diagnostic Methods?

Answer:

AS I SAID SCIENCE IS ONLY ONE PATIENT CARE FIRST PRIORITY . SEVERAL NEW DISEASES ARE COMING COVID ,EBOLA MONKEY POX HIV AND DIFFERENT KINDS OF CANCERS AND MIS ETC NEEDED BETTER EASIER AND TIME SAVING DIAGNOSTING METHODS . UNTIL NOW PCR IS TAKING ONE DAY IN CORONA DIAGNOSIS THERE IS NEED FOR FASTER METHODS OR SENSOR TECHNOLOGY BEFORE A PATIENT ENTERS INTO THE DOCTORS OFFICE DOCTOR SHOULD KNOW WITH GREEN LIGHT OR RED LIGHT IF PATIENT IS POSITIVE CASE OR NOT .

Question: What job titles are available in Cancer research?

Answer:

ONCOLOGIST, SCIENTIST, CHEMOTHERAPIST RADIO THERAPESUTETC
