We are creating a year-long program that hosts an informative session once a week for 30 minutes on different aspects of wellness, how each can affect their lives, and the changes they can make to put themselves on a better wellness journey. Once a week we will also provide a 1 hour workshop introducing new ways to incorporate wellness into their lives such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care.
