When it came to assessing our stakeholders, we looked at the program from every angle. HR and company management will be involved as a decision-maker. HR will engage in policy design and employee health benefits, directly related to wellness efforts while company management will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness strategies and fund wellness initiatives if needed. Along with management within the company, the employees and family members are also stakeholders due to the investments they also have to make in order for this program to be successful.
