Welcome to Band-tober! While we don't have as much this month as we have in years past, there's still a few good things on our calendar!

Tuesday 6-8 WHS inside, pep rally rehearsal; 8-9 rm 116, Rock Band

Thursday 6:30-8:30 drop off at WHS, parade and field practice; pick up at WHS 

We are starting late this night due to the Hispanic Heritage Festival. If you are participating, make sure you get your tacos before coming to band!

Friday 10/9 HOMECOMING!

12:30 meet in 116

12:45 parade through school

1:00 pep rally WITH performance

2:35 stay after school in 116; dress and food

4:45 parade step off

6:30 game vs Overbrook

10/13 FIRST JAZZ BAND REHEARSAL!

If you would like to do jazz band this year, plan to be at rehearsals once a week until marching season is over. Then we will go to every Tuesday/Thursday through the rest of the year. 

There are 2 bands in our jazz program. Everyone who wants to play can be in the Orange Jam Band. Selection to The Varsity Blues, our premier instrumental ensemble, is by invitation. Depending on size, we will consider combining the two bands for the Winter Concert as we have in the past. 

Varsity Blues players, be sure to mark Woodstown By Candlelight 12/4 on your calendars for this year. This is a new gig for us.
