Meetings, Minutes & Budgets

PTA meetings are open to all Woodland Meadows teachers, staff, and parents. We'd love to see you there! However, in order to vote you must be a PTA member. 

Meetings for the 2025 - 2026 school year will be held in the Woodland Meadows Media Center on the following dates: September 18 (8 AM), October 16 (4 PM), November 13 (4 PM), December 11 (4 PM), January 15 (4 PM), February 19 (4 PM), March 19 (8 PM), April 16 (4 PM), May 21 (4 PM).

Your PTA raises funds for and supports items for our students such as First Day Folders, Planners, Cursive Books. Each student receives a Birthday Book during their birthday month. Funds also support classroom enrichment and teacher stipends, numerous assemblies, transportation for field trips, authors for March is Reading Month, and special events such as Gingerbread House Night. Our operating budget is supported through fundraising and grant writing, and wouldn't be possible without you!
