Thank you for choosing to become a member of the Woodland Meadows PTA, part of the oldest and largest volunteer child advocacy association. Our PTA is committed to supporting our students, parents, and teachers to ensure the best possible learning environment for our children.

FORMS
Please use one of the following forms when processing your reimbursement through WM PTA. You will use these forms if turning in a PTA-related expense either from a room parent, volunteer, committee coordinator, or staff member. Forms can be turned in to the PTA mailbox in the main office.
Please remember to use your tax exempt form when shopping to tax advantage of our PTA tax exemption shopping.
