Math Content and Strategy
Strategy: If the figure doesn't mention "Drawn to Scale," then ASSUME it IS DRAWN TO SCALE.
Content: Triangle Proportionality Theorum (#13 p. 349) Think of this when parallel lines intersect sides of a triangle -- see the layers of the cake!
Strategy: When you see the word "ratio," think to add an "x."
Strategy: Always start with C when you plug in.
Strategy for Probability: "How many additional marbles must be added..." leads you to think "+ x" and then make the proportion (p. 352 #26).
Zero slope is horizontal; Undefined is vertical.
Content: The proportion of an angle in a circle is equal to the proportion of the area. Also, the measure of a central angle is proportional to the QUANTITY IT REPRESENTS (p. 354 #36).
Strategy: Bail on a problem when you've exhausted all strategy and content. Bail confidently.
Review all incorrect math problems from the last section (start on p. 355 including: 39, 40, 42, 45, 47, 49, 51, 52, 54, 56, 57, 59, 60)

Watch the second video BEGINNING AT 10:00 minutes. I use examples from the SAT but it is the same exact strategy for the ACT :)
Move on to Practice Test #3 (starts on p. 459) and linked below. Do Math section.
